Respect Life

We believe that every one has a right to life and that every life has dignity. We therefore pray for the end of abortion - everywhere!

The purpose of the Respect Life Ministry is to educate on the Pro-Life position, to provide financial support to Pregnancy Help Centers, to pray for the pre-born and their mothers, and to influence politicians to the Pro-Life position.

Members meet once a month (the 2nd Tuesday of the month at 7:00pm) to plan and organize a variety of events throughout the year. For example; placing the crosses on the hill by the Wild Horse Creek Rd. entrance, assist with the Deacon Diaper Drive, sell Mother’s Day and Father’s Day cards to support Birthright of Hillsboro, facilitate the 8th grade essay on chastity, our annual raffle & auction at Fair Ascension, our Life Chain event, etc.
